Jennifer Perdue, Executive Director
Jennifer is the executive director of MARCO and is originally from Minot. She joined the board in 2021 with hopes to make it easier for others to find recovery, something that saved her life in so many ways.
Jennifer attended New York University Stern School of Business and Minot State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Management. After graduation, Jennifer stepped down from the board to apply for the executive director position. She is so grateful today to be able to make an impact in her community in ways she never thought possible. Her past experience in nonprofits in Minot and New York help her daily with making an impact.

Kevin Perdue, Program Director
Kevin is currently the program director for MARCO, but has been on the board since its inception in 2018. Kevin is a state certified Peer Support Specialist and has a passion for recovery and helping others recover.
Kevin's experience comes from the changes he's made in his own life as a result of finding recovery. He loves sharing his experiences and believes that if he can help even one person, his struggles were worth it.

Samantha Park, Care Coordinator and Peer Support
Samantha is a person living in long-term recovery. She is so excited to share her experience with others!

Our Board & Volunteers
Chyanee Ellingson, Treasurer
Chyanee joined the board of directors in hopes of supporting those in recovery. Watching her closest friends and even family members struggle with substance abuse motivated her to help everyone find recovery. Chyanee believes everyone deserves a second chance, and wants to help everyone get the fresh start in living a sober life.
Chyanee moved back to Minot ND and currently works at Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch, previously she was living in Billings Montana and working for a recovery facility.

Jessie Hamilton, Secretary
Sabrina Grinnell
Sabrina Grinell is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Minot Area Recovery Community Organization. Sabrina joined MARCO in 2021 because she hopes to help spread the message of recovery to her community. Sabrina is a woman in recovery and has been since 3/28/2019.
Sabrina currently lives in New Town. Sabrina loves helping people find recovery in her community and has been an integral part of MARCO reaching out past Minot city limits.
